Payment withdrawal disabled

Hi, My payment withdrawal option is disabled, also nor can i add new payment methods nor i can remove any. I have contacted fiverr support in which they ask to make sure that i am in seller mode and also using fiverr on laptop not on a mobile phone, 
I am in seller mode and using fiverr on laptop , i sent this to the support center but then they didnot respond , its been 1 2 days , i need to withdraw my payment urgently , what to do ?
