Fiverr push notifications not working on iOS 17.5.1

Hi Fiverr Community,

I'm experiencing an issue with push notifications on iOS 17.5.1. When I go to the app preferences and notifications, I see an option to turn on push notifications. However, when I open it, it takes me to the settings, but there's no option to allow Fiverr to access notifications.

This issue is affecting my response rate and orders, and I'm losing a lot because of it. Has anyone else encountered this problem or found a solution?

I'd really appreciate any help!
