Help Needed: Account Approval Issue

Hi everyone,

I recently created a new Fiverr account and published a gig. However, I received a notification stating that my account was not approved. I opened a support ticket with Fiverr, but the response I received was, "Welcome as a buyer," instead of addressing my seller account approval.

Here’s a brief overview of my situation:
- I opened a ticket requesting reconsideration for my seller account.
- Despite receiving a response that my issue would be reviewed within 12 hours, I’ve now been waiting for about 96 hours.
- I opened a follow-up ticket, but I received the same "welcome as a buyer" message.
- I’ve also contacted Fiverr through other channels like Facebook and have received similar responses.

My ticket numbers are:
- #11971629
- #11982040
- #11983582

Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Any advice on how to get this resolved or alternative steps I should take?

1: I am a new seller on fiverr. I don’t know that how to create low-competition industry/ gigs at this time.

2: I have no idea in other categories like blockchain, ai, python, etc.

please help me.

Hi there.

There were a lot of new people who did not get their seller account approved. Basically, due to oversaturation in some niches where many of these gigs have never made any single sale. Just picking up some of the services you want to sell here: there are +40k of data entry, +10k for typing and for Youtube thumbnail. And Fiverr only show 960 gigs on the search. So think of it.

Also, when contacting Fiverr custom support, one ticket for one issue is enough.
