Seller Plus membership

Hey guys

Hope you all doing well. I am confused that last month i had a seller plus premium membership i was level two seller but my success score drops to 6 from 10. I am not be able to upgrade to premium membership from standard.

Im also demoted to level 1 from level 2. Can anyone guide please?
