How bad are revision and delivery time extensions for business?

I wonder if they affect my ranking on fiverr? Clients are usually satisfied with it and even though I try to give myself more time than I think I'll need, it's the nature of my field to revise jobs a bit. It's often down to aspects that I can't check on my end. The clients don't mind and I use the features freely but a recent comment made me rethink how much it might affect my business that i do so. 

I noticed it's very slow at the moment, and impressions are quite down.

It's very frustrating (and unnecessarily so) that every bit of the system is just a big mystery like this.
