What kind of support team answers a question that isn't even asked and completely ignore the main question?!
I created my gig for 3d product animation and they deleted my video saying (Removed by our Trust & Safety team)
I issued a support request saying "My gig video got rejected and no reason was provided it was an animation that I totally created myself using royalty free background music fitting the size and the duration and doesn't include any copyrighted content I would like to know why did it get rejected"
and what was the response? Here it is:
"Hi there, Thanks for reaching out about your Gig. Your Gig is live and searchable on the platform. Whenever you publish a new Gig or make changes to an existing Gig, it always undergoes a review to make sure the changes align with our Terms of Service and internal guidelines. We always recommend checking the status of your Gig by followingthis link. Once there, you need to select 'Gig does not appear in search' and choose which Gig you would like to check. You can read more about managing your Gighere"
And the most annoying thing is that they marked my request as SOLVED!!!!
