Deactivating the old account

Hello,

I would like to deactivate an old account that, i believe, was banned by fiverr because i unintentionally used language that AI found threatening. 

I am interested in working as a solo freelancer in your esteemed company. When i tried to create a new account and while filling my details it rejected my phone number. I was under the impression that the account was deleted, but it seems not. 

I would appreciate you kind assistance in this matter, so i can provide my services and support for those in need of it.
