Need Help Understanding and Improving Success Score Metrics

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I'm seeking some advice and clarity regarding the success score metrics. Despite meeting almost all the requirements to become a Top Rated Seller, my success score seems to be holding me back. My current score is only 5, and it's been consistently declining.

I deliver all my orders 12-24 hours ahead of the deadline, maintain prompt communication with my clients, and ensure their satisfaction. Most of my clients leave positive feedback, become repeat customers, and express happiness with my services. However, my dashboard shows a "Client satisfaction - Strong negative impact."

I've reviewed and applied all the tips provided by Fiverr, including following up with clients and addressing their concerns promptly and politely, yet my score continues to drop.

Can any experienced or Top Rated Sellers share some insights or strategies that could help me improve my success score? I'm committed to providing excellent service and am eager to learn how I can better align with Fiverr's success metrics.

Thank you in advance for your guidance and support!

Unfortunately, no one knows a method to increase that score at the moment. I am also looking for it.

My friend Vovka posted this strategy that has helped him raise his SS and get rid of red things.  image.png.ce49a9b9b4b5e9f955266bd57f835871.png Aka Strong Negative Impacts!

You have garnered three 3-star reviews in the last 7 months. Coupled with negative private reviews for any of these, they are going to hurt your gig score in the long term. (6 to 12 months is my assumption, can be lesser if you're a high-volume seller)

Only solution is to keep delivering good work and hope that many of them leave good public+private reviews. It is going to take a while for this 'negative impact' to get balanced out.

The only thing success scores and related documentation have successfully done is negatively impact the mental health of freelancers--some more so than others.

On point! 👏

Surely there must be a better way to do this.

Definitely don't follow the update up with publicity stating that it increases transparency and most freelancers love it.

Oh, the joys of Fiverr's success score system! It seems like no matter how hard I work, it's always finding new ways to knock me down a peg.

I always deliver my best work and hope for the best, but ever since this new success score update came along, my score has been on a downward spiral. It was an 8, then a 7, then a 6... you get the picture. Now it's a 5, and at this rate, I'm sure it'll be a 1 or a 0 soon enough. 😂

And let's not forget the cherry on top—my highest-performing gig was removed.
Why? Because I dared to report a copycat who ripped off my gig word for word, including the video. Fiverr's brilliant solution? Remove both gigs, of course! (Thanks, Fiverr, for your stellar support 😍.)

Since then, my hope has been in free fall. I spend hours researching and creating new gigs, only to have them flourish for a few months before Fiverr swoops in to remove them. One day, they disable withdrawals; the next, my account is under review. It's like a never-ending game of whack-a-mole, except I'm the mole and Fiverr is the hammer.

I've been on this platform for two years, and I still can't wrap my head around their system. And now, the pièce de résistance: the success score—a surefire recipe for depression!

So, yeah, I'll just keep delivering stellar work and hope for those elusive perfect reviews. Who knows, maybe one day I'll figure out the secret sauce to make Fiverr happy. But until then, I'll just keep riding this rollercoaster of despair!

Hi, my success score is not updating. I have a 5-star rating from every new client, but my success score is still at 4. Can you please help me increase it?

Yes, nobody has any solution, bro. Just like everyone else says, keep doing your best and hope for the best. It seems that's all we can do for now.
