Need Advice on Handling Difficult Client Situation

Hi everyone,

I'm dealing with a difficult situation on Fiverr and need some advice. I accepted a 3-day project, completed it on time, and delivered the work as agreed. However, the client keeps requesting revisions without specifying any actionable changes. Instead, they mention issues related to their client's setup, which isn't within my scope of work. It's been a month now, and the deadline for project was 3 days, the project has dragged on far beyond the original timeline.

I'm considering canceling the order through the Resolution Center, but I'm concerned about the impact on my completion rate. Should I go ahead with the cancellation, or is there a better way to handle this situation? Has anyone experienced a similar issue, and how did you resolve it? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Contact customer support and explain the situation to them. Also, request them to review the order and check if it can be removed from impacting the stats in the case of cancellation. If they approve, feel free to cancel it and inform support that you have canceled it so they can prevent it from affecting the stats.

There may still be a small impact on the Success Score or other stats, but with the help of customer support, you can avoid a significant impact.
