People requesting my email in the message section

Why do people keep messaging me and asking me for my email, when Fiverr doesnt allow us to send our email in messages ? Am I missing something ?   Did I miss a step ?  When I offer to create a gig for them, they disappear.  Is there a certain etiquette I shoudl be following, or are these people scammers and fakes ? Thanks in advance.  Im new and still trying to figure out Fiverr.

The users who are asking for your email are probably scammers. Please do not share any personal information. By doing so, you are breaking our Guidelines and that could lead to account suspension. You can report and block those users. Another important thing. We strongly recommend not opening suspicious links, QR codes, or files from senders you have not contacted directly. Please be aware that Fiverr will never contact you via inbox to request payments, passwords, or private information.

WOW, that's insane.  They are everywhere.  How do I verify my account then ?  How do I accept gigs when my credit cards are being rejected ?

I hve th name and email addy of the person i have been correstponding over email. The tech support person connecred me with this person. How do I report them ? This person wants me to email $450 cad from my paypal account to get it verified. Then they say they will send it back.  Is this a normal Fiverr practice ?

You don't need to VERIFY your account or share email/card details with anyone for any reason. 

Please read Fiverr TOS dilligently to familiarize yourself with the ordering process, it will help you clear all your doubts.
