Why can't I purchase services using my Wise card?

Hello.

 

I am a little new to this community. 

When I want to go through with the payment and hire a freelancer, my card gets rejected. I have checked with the bank and there is no problem on their end, nor is my card blocked or something. So, why is that?

Thank you. I was wondering if there is general issue with card issued by Wise Transfer. So, this is not the case?

I cannot provide an answer to this question as that part is done by the relevant department. You have to contact our CS to see what the issue might be.
