I can't add or remove any payment method(s), FIVERR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NOT REPLYING EITHER! PLEASE HELP!

Lately, I can't withdraw my money nor can I add any payment methods. I'm confused as to why I can't do it and on the other side Fiverr isn't helping either. They don't reply to my queries nor they are resolving this issue.
