attiya_social Posted August 3 Share Posted August 3 Hello, Fiverr Community and Staff members, I'm reaching out for help and guidance regarding my Fiverr account, which was temporarily disabled without any notification or warning. Here's what happened: - I was suddenly logged out of my account and, as a precaution, I reset my password and changed my security question. - Then, I contacted Fiverr's customer support team to report the issue and ensure my account's safety. - Instead of receiving help, my account was temporarily disabled. I did not receive any notifications on my email regarding any suspected login attempts or anything fishy. I just contacted the support team to be on the safe side, but it went otherwise. I'm in touch with the customer support team, but their response has been too slow. I'm concerned about my business and reputation, as I rely on Fiverr for my livelihood. I would appreciate any help or guidance from the community or Fiverr staff regarding this issue. Please let me know if there's any additional information I need to provide or if there's a way to expedite the evaluation process. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Although you've already contacted the CS team, So it's better to be patient to hear their response, maybe CS team currently dealing with a high volume of tickets. Thank you for your reply. No, it did not get hacked. I have full control over everything now and it was logged out for merely a few seconds. I have changed the password and security question as well. There was no issue with my account at all. I was using it normally until I contacted Fiverr support to inform them about the happening. I am almost sure that my account was logged out incidentally rather than because of some third party interference. Because there I never recived any notification of login attempt on my email. Best regards, Attiya Devastating consequence of @Fiverr's slow response & account disablement! A client cancelled an order due to my sudden 'unavailability'. All my hard work & efforts to build my reputation are being undone. I reached out to support for account security, but they disabled it instead! Hi there, your account was compromised and will stay restricted until it's safe to use it again. There's no option to expedite the review, and I recommend you look into two-factor verification and other ways to secure your account better. The team will inform you once you're good to go. Some steps they're taking to secure your account trigger that auto-notification, but rest assured they'll look into any additional issues as well, just let them know and please wait patiently to hear back.
