Financial Fraud

I had received a message from this user on my gig and then he mailed me the link in which he transfered $100 payment to me for which the site prompted me to enter my debit card details for confirmation and then when I enter details including confirmation otp, then a total amount of ₹20,000 wiped out from my account. So I request fiverr to take necessary actions against such user's on fiverr and I request all the concerned authorities to look into this matter, and to refund my money, after catching this cyber thief. I am attaching all the proofs of this cyber crime below.

Please know that Fiverr always takes necessary steps and measures against scammers and everyone who tries to take advantage of other users. To resolve this issue as soon as possible and to take appropriate actions, please send an email to our Customer Support at support@fiverr.com attaching all the screenshots and all the evidence you have. They will take it from there.

It'a scam. Fiverr support team is always telling, don't click any link.

With all due respect, but when you see the person's email and it's clearly not from Fiverr, why would you trust anything? 

Simple things you can do:

• Always check where an email is coming from, so you don't randomly click on links.
• Fiverr never asks you for money or your payment details via an email. 
• Don't trust anyone that says they are from Fiverr and want you to offer them personal info or payment info.
