UNABLE TO WITHDRAW MY FUNDS EVEN AFTER IT WAS 90 DAYS

Okay, so I received a mail from Fiverr that my account is opened and I can go ahead to withdraw funds I'm having in it. I followed the link, added my withdrawal method. After 24 hours, I tried withdrawing my funds and all it is saying is that it cannot be completed and that I should contact support. I contacted support  but no solution was offered.  I don't understand why withdrawing one's money is now a problem on Fiverr.
