Im lost for words

Hello all, I'm a buyer on fiver and let's just say this last freelancer I'm dealing with now has been a complete fiasco. I hired him to help with a game server that is currently in development my me and my team. from the jump was going great, seemed legit. then he asked he has to get to anti cheat client file for $80. me and my team was confused at first because it was built into the server client. So, we gave him the benefit of the dought because maybe he knew something we didn't. Then proceeds to say he wants me to send money for it via gift cards. dead giveaway of a scam. told him I want to cancel my order due to no work being done, no proof of work, and wants me to pay for extra via gift cards and not Fiverr. after that completes the order and send me one picture of an AI generated logo for some mechanic place. now the seller won't cancel the order I'm having to dispute it again and again. i put in a ticket with Fiverr support and still waiting been 4 days now and kind of urgent. Any recommendation of what I do? I have work with phenomenal freelancers in the past. He's holding my money hostage at this point. Only Fiverr support can solve this issue and getting no response is very frustrating and it's holding me and my team back to get some things done because he failed on his part and was a complete utter scam.

Hmmm definitely scam. Fiverr team can cancel order after reviewing your case. Since Lena already responded I hope this matter will be resolved now.
