My Pro Account was Hacked.......

Hello, I am a Fiverr Pro seller. Last night, someone gained access to my Fiverr account and changed the password. I immediately reset my password and changed all my security settings. I also contacted the support team, and they have disabled my account.

Today, I lost my Top Rated status, and my account has been flagged. Customer service is not responding to my messages. Please help m

Sorry to hear about this. I guess no one is really safe when it comes to these attacks.

Anywho... from what we've seen in previous cases similar to yours, they just disable the account to prevent further spam.

You'll get your account back once they do their due diligence and made sure it's okay to go.

Just gotta be patient!

I guess clicking on a phishing link or downloading/installing compromised software causes credential leakage. Even browser extensions access data. 

 

But if someone has login details of the victim's account, how can bypass 2FA.......!
