What is the best approach if you were flagged for fake identity (surely not)?

Hi, community members. I am here to seek some suggestions or advice: what should I do if I were flagged for a fake identity? All my promoted gigs were paused all my gigs were denied even though I didn't use any fake identity. Upon reaching customer support and offering them to share the valid proof of my identity, I didn't find any help. I am on Fiverr Choice as a level 2 seller. Please suggest some tips/suggestions/advice on this issue.
