payoneer minimum withdrawal amount

Hello, im a freelance artist. I make a few jobs and transferred a total of 23 USD to Payoneer. but I can't withdraw it. I think they set a minimum withdrawal amount and there is no clear information anywhere. Customer service is beyond disgrace. Does anyone have payoneer information?

I believe payoneer needs a minimum of 50+ USD to withdraw (must be different for your country).

I am a Bangladeshi user I can pay above 50$ from Payoneer but I can withdraw cash from Payoneer if above 10$ in all accounts like bcash, upay, nagod account development from Payoneer.
