Issue with Re-verification Request for Already Verified Account

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am currently experiencing with my Fiverr account. My account was successfully verified some time ago, and I have been using it without any issues. However, I recently received a prompt to verify my identity again.

I am unsure why I am being asked to go through the verification process a second time and would like to understand the reason behind this request. Could you please provide me with more information on why this re-verification is necessary and what steps I need to take to resolve this issue?

Ah, I see... well the good thing is that it's not a scam.

Best way to go is to contact support about this issue, make sure to add the screenshots of that top bar mention and also the screen you see after clicking on Verify Now. Fiverr Support can help you better if you make a ticket. I'm sure they will set it straight.

My guess is that it won't be a big problem, since your account is verified already. But I understand that it's annoying when you are not receiving any information trough support.

Hope you will hear from them soon! But the only way to fix this is by support... 🙂
