showing online, instead of offline

Hello,

 

I have changed my status from online to offline in my mobile and laptop as well. but still, if i am trying from another computer or browser the green dot is showing.. means i am still online...even i cleared the cache as well. thats create confusion to clients as they see me online and they send messages... it effects on my response rate. kindly help
