Portfolio Video Quality Help

Hi, I uploaded 3 videos to my portfolio and no matter what ratio I put them at, they are distorted. On other profiles I see their portfolio videos as regular phone screen size. I’ve tried what feels like everything and cannot figure this out. From what I can see, videos can only be uploaded via desktop and on an mp4 file. I’ve been taking my vertical MOV from my iPhone and making it an mp4 through a software I believe it’s called handlebar. I’m so disheartened because I can’t showcase my content like this. Any help is appreciated!
