I haven't received the visual from the designer, and he isn't responding anymore. What can I do now?

In the order process the seller isn’t responding?

if thats the case, if the delivery clock is ticking please wait till that finishes, seller should deliver the visuals within tht timeframe, if the designer still doesn’t respond to your request you reachout the support team, explaining what is the issue - they will solve the issue👨‍💻
