Fiverr took my money

I was asked to carry out verification for my account by giving my bank details. Fiverr carried out two bank transactions and hasn't verified my account nor given my money back. What should I do?

I regret to inform you but that sounds like a scam. Please be aware that Fiverr will never contact you via inbox to request payments, passwords, or private information. We strongly recommend not opening suspicious links, QR codes, or files from senders you have not contacted directly.

Are you sure the message was from Fiverr? Because it seems like you were scammed. Fiverr won't carry bank transactions with your money, but a scammer will.

Fiverr will never take your money. It was scammer.

You could contact your bank about it/try to get the payments cancelled, letting them know it was a scammer/scam site (not Fiverr).
