HE PLACED AN ORDER OF MY BASIC PLAN WORTH 80 BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT CREATED BY FIVERR..

I SENT HIM A CUSTOM OFFER TOO AND HE PAID BUT FIVERR DID NOT CREATE MY ORDER

 

SO I CONTACTED SUPPORT AND THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR 3 TO 7 DAYS AND WE DID BUT NOTHING... AND I WAS THE ONE WHO ASKED HIM TO SIGN UP ON SHOPIFY

 

I MEAN FIVERR NOT SHOPIFY

 

I AM TRYING TO SEND THE PAYMENT RECEIPTS

Your description sounds like you were approached by a scammer and if you paid any money, then you got scammed.

that's probably the case, I just found out today too why my communication score is critical. My success manager refereed that i should update clients often in the order page and not inbox, I think this probably why!

Yes, that's what they tell the sellers. I do this though and still have gigs where the communication is not good.

That's frustrating. It sounds like there's no known solution or detail about how to improve it. we'll keep trying different approaches to see if that works.

An existing buyer of mine refer him to me on Instagram and I told him to sign up on shopify which he did

Hello @samdigitadynami 

From the look of it, it seems that the Buyer's payment didn't go through. Rather than uploading the receipts here, kindly ask the Buyer to contact our Customer Support so that we can resolve this issue. If the Buyer already contacted us, great. As soon as we have some new information, we will update you.  We advise not to complete tasks for the buyer as the orders are not active, and it is to help secure the work you do for them.
