Hi @kuzeytools, this means that the User was restricted or blocked from using the platform, most probably due to violating the ToS. Hope this helps 🍀

Maybe that was a spammer, which was fiverr automatically detected and blocked.

I'm afraid that is normal - they probably said something along the lines of "I need your email to complete the order!", right?
There's so many spammers and they fake screenshots where they would need to type in your email; as if fiverr requested that from them.

If you're unsure, always reread:
-what do they call my service? "Service"? "gig"? 
-do they mention details about my service (beyond its name / keywords / your username)?
-is their account brand new? 
A message that works no matter what the person is offering is generally ...suspicious. Otherwise, they'd want to talk about what they want to buy - if you're suitable or not - right? Or at least I think they would.

That is my experience of only one day anyway.
