Now I am contacting Fiverr but haven't gotten any response from the Fiverr team. Only Ai responding to me and saying your account is restricted due to a policy violation. I want to talk Fiverr team, I did not violate any terms and policies of Fiverr.
Please Help me guys.

Hi @muhammadamir37, I recommend reading our Terms of Service, as review manipulation is a violation and a reason behind this restriction. You keep getting the same auto-response because you keep opening new tickets on the same subject. Instead, respond to an existing ticket and someone from the team will get back to you. Let me mention that they might not have any new information, since you already got it all in the auto-response. Your account will most probably get blocked since there are two same-type warnings on it. Good luck with your future endeavours 🍀

Asking for "honest feedback" should be no problem. I do this often. But you cannot ask for a "5-star review" or for a "good" feedback.

Can you show the text that you have used for asking feedback?

It seems like you were FORCING/MANIPULATING the buyer to leave a review.

Language is not professional.

Indeed, the way he asks for 'honest feedback' is not OK.

I received an order over a month ago to create a simple and clean Amazon-to-Shopify dropshipping website. The client provided product links from Amazon, which you can verify on the order page.

Upon completing the website, the client requested a Zoom meeting, where he informed me that his and his partner’s requirements had changed. They now wanted a custom-coded website, providing links to other sites and a demo code for reference. This was a significant shift from the original Amazon to Shopify dropshipping site.

Without hesitation, I began working on the new custom-coded website to ensure client satisfaction. I did not ask for an increased budget or question the change, aiming to maintain a positive relationship. I invested nearly a month to develop the new website, incorporating custom sections as requested.

After submitting the revised work, the client approved it. However, he later requested further changes, which I accommodated. Unfortunately, during this period, I was hospitalized and unable to respond promptly, leading to a misunderstanding. Upon my return, I completed all requested changes.

I spent more than 30 days on the project to make a custom website that was not part of the project.

so please tell me what you do if you are in my place!

gives After my so many efforts, he give me 2.3 star ratings

Yes, this is one of the reasons as @priyank_mod explained, and there's another review manipulation. These are considered violations, and sadly there's nothing to be done about it now since it's not as if it happened one time only. You got a warning the first time, and it's considered a learning opportunity, so once it happens again, there's no way back. Feel free to contact CS team if you have any additional questions.

Not my place, I'm just letting you know there's a reason behind this restriction, since it wasn't clear to you what caused it. For any additional info, feel free to contact CS team again.

@muhammadamir37 Well, I can guarantee that for very big changes to the original order, I will charge an extra price.
If the customer does not agree, I will stop the order.

I am a student, and I need money so i not cancel the order and start work on the client's new requirements. Now I lose everything 😭

Sounds to me like you agreed to a job that could have been outside of your capabilities and you were rated accordingly.   As a website designer I know there is a significant difference between a Shopify Dropshipping website and a custom coded website.

Sometimes great customer service is the ability to say NO,
