Spell check on order page

Hi there,

I am using chrome and have a bit of an odd situation, spell check works in the messages section but not on the order pages. Doesn't really make any sense, I've trying clearing the cookies, but that didn't work. I've tried third party extensions but still no go. Any ideas?
