Account Temporarily Restricted

Hello everyone! My account (gig) was officially activated a couple of hours ago. I received a message through Fi Assistant@35 asking me to send my email address for verification purpose on Fiverr chat. After giving my email address I got reply Fi Assistant under spam asking me to click the link provided. When I checked the email address its from "FiverrServices -great job ! <yuko0818@e.gmobb.jp>" . Is that email address legit from a Fiverr? So worried I might get scammed or something.

Well you got scammed. Fiverr will never ask for the personal details + payment details like this way. They already have your info, why would they need your details again?

You have actually provided your email address to that scammer which is why your account got restricted.

It is not allowed to provide your email address.

Thanks for the replies. I got confused because it came from Fi Assistant under Fiverr chat. Any advise as to how to 'unrestricted' it?

You have Violated TOS. Please check your email or contact Fiverr support to get exact reason for it.
