Hello, I currently have a buyer who said they cannot access or open the delivery. I delivered the file in RAR version. I tried to deliver again but they said it still didn't work. My file contains no special characters.

What should I do in this situation? Please help me.

Hi, Try sending the delivery in ZIP file. the buyer might be using other tools that only works with .zip and not .rar

Good luck

Here are some suggestions :

1. Send ZIP file
2. Ask the screenshot from the client - where and how he is trying to open.
3. What type of video you are going to send ?
mp4,rar, doc, rar

Hi, my files are audio files in WAV format. I compressed them using WinRAR in RAR format.
I will try your suggestions. Thank you.

Try to convert your wav file to mp3 and then send to it.

May be he does not have wav player and in case you sent in rar,zip the wav file will remain the same and will not open.

So a version in mp3 will be good.

If you have multi-level directories in your RAR, or even ZIP delivery and are compressing using Linux, some WinBlow$ unzippers struggle with multi-level directories.

It's then best to send in simpler zipped batches, instead of one large RAR/ZIP file.
