Hi, I've been trying to verify my account for the last 2 weeks

still, it's not verified and my account got temporarily disabled, someone please explain why I can't verify my profession with an Indian ID card or driving license?

Hi,
I see that the process was(is) complicated and long. Please wait for a new update, the support told you this today. I don't know why they keep getting that your documents are invalid. If you don't have a personal ID, try with the driver's license again, but wait for the update first.
