Hi everyone!
I have been locked out of my FIVERR account due to an accidental chargeback that my pastor's wife made on her credit card. She forgot that I purchased website development on behalf of the church and marked it as fraud. She contacted the bank and they released the funds back to Fiverr. The funds have been sitting in the account now since March and my account is still disabled. I've written Fiverr's customer support several times to explain the issue and was told months ago that my account would either be disabled after 60 days or the funds would be released after 90 days. It has been well over 90 days and I still cannot reach anyone. I need this issue resolved ASAP and do not know who to reach. The numbers I've found on the internet do not work. This has been a horrible experience all the way around!
PLEASE HELP if you can!
