Hello.. This is the first time I use fivver and I don't know if I did something wrong or if there was a problem with my payment. I chose a supplier, we agreed on the price and he sent me a proposal, which I accepted. Upon accepting it, I received a bill requesting immediate payment. Like this. I did it. The supplier did not receive any notice and there is no place on my profile with a receipt for my payment. But I have proof of deposit. How to resolve this?
