BUYER NOT Paying

I had agreed wit a buyer that if I make custom changes so he will create a new contract and pay me for this but now he is not answering and he also confirmed that his work is now doing perfectly. Now waht to do please help

Hi @alimohsin25, the buyer should have placed an order after you've created a custom offer. If a buyer doesn't place the order and you complete it, you'll most probably end up working for free. I recommend reading our Terms of Service and Payment Terms, and follow the rules from now on, even if it means that you get fewer orders, since at least they'll all be genuine.
