It's been 5 months my success score is stucked on 4. During these months I have completed many orders without a single cancellation. But there is no change in success score. How offen fiverr measures or evaluate the success score.

I don't think they said specifically, but there was a mention about the last 2 years being covered by the success score, if I am not mistaken. Obviously, newer olders are more important than older ones here.

They are measuring every single matrice on daily basis. Only success score takes 2 years. That does't make any sense.

Who said they are measuring on a monthly basis? That's not the case anymore, and they never said they measure monthly. Instead, they want to focus on long term performance. Even private metrics and reviews, previously they were affecting your account up to 6 months. So one would assume they cover the last 2 years for all metrics, with the stuff that happened in the last 6 months being more important.

Also, the reviews you had in the last 2 years are the only ones that matter, that was confirmed. That's why I got my gig review average from 4.9 to 5.0, because older reviews aren't taken into account, only the past 2 years.

So it makes perfect sense to me, they track I assume the last 6 months for the most recent stuff and 2 years in total for the success score, reviews and other metrics.
