My Fiverr Account was disabled/ flagged wrongly due to some technical glitch

A seller from India was talking to me as if he is gonna buy from Fiverr. He suddenly asked me to contact with his mobile number. I didnt contact him. I was to report him to Fiverr but I had some urgent meeting that I left his message on read and closed Fiverr and went afk. on returning my account was disabled...

Its been 6 days. no updates yet. If the team just watch the proof video and check the logs. They would 100% know that it wasnt my fault. Please make sure this reaches Fiverr's Higher officials that they undo the suspension of my account as it wasn't my fault

Well, creating multiple accounts was definitely the problem here, even if they consider that you did not do anything wrong the first time, having 2 accounts will get you banned.

Well My account got suspended. I want to make tickets... How do I make tickets? To make a ticket I need a account right? I didnt sell or buy anything tho. This is urgent. I made it to contact fiverr support. without account how do you make tickets?

Idc if this account gets banned. This is just temporary account to stand up for justice... If I wasnt suspended I wouldn't even made this. I only use one account that is my previous account. I want it back...

Either that, or you broke some rules. Like not opening more than one ticket at a time, not constanly sending messages on that ticket, etc.

Yeah! But I only came to know that emailing them opens a ticket. As soon as I got suspended the GUI of support asked me to raise ticket and it said sign up. I just went for it...

Well you can message them via email. Creating a second account was a bad idea.
