How to remove auto cancelled order?

Few days ago i got and order from a buyer and immediately its got cancelled automatically then the buyer was unavailable. After that my success score falls to 5 from 6. Is it my mistake or fiverr's mistake? and how to remove that cancelled order from my profile.

Please reach out to Fiverr Customer Support about the issue. Probably if that order was cancelled before submitting requirements or if the order was placed mistakenly, there will remove its impact from your profile.
