I hope you are doing well. I asked a customer to join a Google meeting so we could discuss the services and then complete the business. However, Fiverr thinks I tried to conduct business outside their platform. Does anyone have any idea what the solution or result might be?

Fiverr has meeting tools embedded within it, so you can use those. The fact that you asked someone to enter on a separate platform does make it seem that you want to take people off the platform..
