Need advice with the plagiarism indicator on my gig description

Hello everyone!

I was writing my gig description for After Effects logo animations and decided to run it through Fiver Gig Content Plagiarism on fiverlytics.com

It gave the result which I have attached below, should I redo it or is not that big of a deal?

I did not copy any description, but I used one as a structure example, so I can structure mine more client friendly. Thank you guys in advance, open for any objective critics, I am a begginer freelancer, I would appreciate your advice on how could I improve my gig description or what should I avoid.
