Yes, it's a scam. Kindly report that message/buyer immediately. Avoid clicking on suspicious links and also avoid scanning QR code.

Report them immediately. It’s a scam. Even I received similar message a few days ago.

it's a scam. It also  happened with me.

You can probably send the image to cs asking if they were the one that sent it
