I've sent two documents, my driver's license and my ID, to Fiverr because the mobile app could not confirm that my pictures were clearly visible and that it was me in the pictures. I contacted their customer support, and they provided me with this answer: "Sorry sir, I am afraid we cannot do anything because you have been declined. We are working hard, but we do not know when you will be able to be a seller. Feel free to be our buyer." Is this a joke? If you are not able to handle my IDs for becoming a seller, then Fiverr, you just lost a freelancer and a customer. This is a joke.

This is unacceptable. I am requesting a re-evaluation of my ID and a clear explanation of what is wrong. I also want to speak directly with the person who verified my documents. Fiverr response essentially tells me, "We do not know when you will be eligible to work as a seller," which is equivalent to saying, "We will pay you for your job, but we do not know when."

This lack of clarity and support is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If you cannot handle my ID verification properly, you have just lost a freelancer and a customer.
