Buyer Scam or No Scam?

Hi there!

I am new to fiverr and received a message regarding an order. It states that the payment has already been made and that I need to proceed to payment. However, my bank card details are being requested including my CVV which makes me uncomfortable. Is this normal or should be seen as a scam? Please see images attached.

Pure scam. Please do read Fiverr's Terms of Service and Community Standards. It will help a lot going forward.
