I’m reaching out to address an issue with my rating, which recently dropped from 4.7 to 4.4, largely due to a single 1-star review I received on July 22, 2022. Despite receiving a 5-star review from a returning client recently, my overall rating has not yet improved.
I was about to get considered for top rated...
For context, I calculated the ratings for the period from July 17, 2022, to July 17, 2024, as follows:
Total Score: 40+8+4.3=52.3
Maximum Possible Score: 55
Rating Calculation: 52.3 / 55×5=4.75
Could you please provide clarity on why my rating hasn’t reflected recent positive feedback and how long it typically takes for new reviews to impact the overall rating?
Unfortunately, previous inquiries to Customer Support have resulted in automated responses stating that the rating is correct and there are no issues from their end. I would appreciate a more detailed explanation of the rating calculation process and any steps I can take to address this issue.
