Question

Posted

Hi everyone,

I have been on Fiverr for the last 2 months, focusing on SEO for my gigs and monitoring weekly impressions and clicks. However, since July 2024, I have noticed a decline in both impressions and clicks. Could someone in the community help me improve my gig's performance?

Please refer to the attached file for more details. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you!

I  noticed that you've completed an order around the same time of the recent drop in impressions.

Is there a tangible correlation between the completed order and the drop in traffic? (I'm not talking about a superstitious "bad private review" here)

Eg: Gig title change / description change / price change / tags etc.

(In my experience studying all this)I have noticed a boost in traffic randomly due to Fiverr (possibly) serving our gigs in search extensively for a brief period.

Or..... it could be that you have been searching for your own gig repeatedly after making some changes (since there's a similar drop in May).

Hope that helps!

Seriously? Why are you trying to make her (OP) a Robot? Don't suggest this tip ever to anyone.

Actually your gig galleries are not unique enough to grab buyer's attention so I will advise you to do some research on your niche to observe how other sellers are offering their services. Improve your gig descriptions and gig galleries as well.

I'm agreed with you in this point "bad private review" it happens for 5 times and this may cause the situation.
So, I think @sadiajamal745 you should re-study your previous delivery was that 100% meets buyer requirements? Was those order exactly match your gig service? if not... then you should furnish your description and keywords.

That's not what I said. I said it's not a "bad private review" (obviously). I mean it's too early for that anyway as with the limited knowledge I have on the subject, it takes a while for Fiverr to push those out. And since it's their 1 and only order, it's highly unlikely that's the case.

I wouldn't dwell on things such as "private reviews" anyway (personally) since we don't even know when one gets submitted. People hardly have the time nowadays to waste on "submitting a private review for a seller on Fiverr". Unless that seller did something really sinister to them.

Positive public review -> Negative private review = weird and highly unlikely
No public review -> Negative private review = quite possible and likely.

There's nothing we can do about them anyway..

Then again I don't know much about this topic.

So yeah...
