I lost my sim. How to delete Number from Fiverr?

Hello,
I have lost my sim. And I don't remember the full number. Now I want to remove the number from fiverr to add new number. 
When I am going to add new number, old one asks to give full number. But I don't remember the number.

 

Now how can I add new number?
