What to do if buyer gives false review?

In my recent order, the buyer provided 3 star rating despite I took her session and solved her problem related to web development. During the session, she showed me a problem related to databases and I gave her the solution and explained it multiple times. For further help, I also sent her the fixed code and its explanation. Now, she accepted the order but gave me a low rating.
I have been on Fiverr for last 5 years, and delivered 48 orders. All of my past clients provided 5 stars because of my on-time and top-notch delivery. I think this buyer was not sure how Fiverr works and did it by mistake.
I opened a ticket on Fiverr Help Center 5 days ago, but got no reply. What should I do?

You cannot do anything and should NOT try to do anything to change the review either!! 

Your account might get flagged for review manipulation, that will make your all other 5-star reviews worthless too.
