hello im new on fiver, and recently I've received emails saying someone bought my gig, but then on the platform I don't have any messages from the clients to see what they want. in the email they say its already paid , but I need to "The payment has been successfully completed, and you need to confirm its receipt. In the next automated message, you will receive a link to verify and access the funds. This is an automated notification. Once the payment confirmation and bank details are verified, we will inform the buyer. Best regards, Support Team" is this a scam?

It's a scam. Fiverr will never ask you to verify if you are already set up.
