I have been trying to add a payout method for weeks but am stuck on the verification process. I am not receiving the verification code by SMS or Call, despite trying multiple times. I have also cleared my phone space, checked network connection, but still not working. 

I have also seen other freelancers also facing the same issue of not receiving the verification code. I have opened a ticket (#11875943) via fiverr support email. Can someone from fiverr team please help me on this issue.

Please don't reply asking me to check my network connection, and inbox space, I have already checked all of these.

Please help... 😞

The issue has now been solved, I just tried again and it worked via call with the same number, connection.

However, fiverr should improve its verification system.
