I am not understand  why you disabled my account  without  any reason dear my account  rating  5.0 my score I think 8 I don't  violation any thing about  fiverr policy please  restore my account

You may want to check the email they sent you because it says why the account was disabled. You can try to contact support, but usually if the email says that the decision is final, who knows if they even reply to it.
