Why is my Success Score stuck at 4?

Hey, I am new on Fiverr and have completed 18 orders. All the other requirements for level 1 are completed, there are 17 reviews; 16 with 5 stars and 1 with 4 stars but my success is stuck on 4 exactly where I started from.

Why is that?

Go and check your gig score status of your gigs and analyze why you are stuck at 4 success score. And you can see there how to improve them. Example shown below.

I contacted CS about this issue a few months ago and they said we advise you to improve your communication etc. Then I told them that I have a 5 star rating specially in communication section. CS indirectly told me that clients have an option to leave a private review...! So this might be an issue. Some clients might leave a 5 star public review and have something else to say in the private review.

sometimes it takes time for Fiverr to update the rating specially it the last rating was the 4, I think if you wait some time and your next rating was 5 it will increase.

Don't worry, Fiverr is a smart website . It will change autimatic.
